2. What we process
If you fill in a form: your name, phone number, email address and what you write
in the form (request details, date, number of guests, position).
If you accept measurement cookies: the pages you visit, the ad or QR code that brought
you here, device and browser information, IP address and cookie identifiers. Google and Meta
process this data.
Even if you decline: our own counter keeps anonymous data only: which page was
opened, whether the visit came from an ad, the device type and the time. It records no IP
address, cookie or visitor ID, so two visits cannot be linked. This is not personal data and
it is not transferred abroad.
3. Why we process it
To reply to your request and prepare your order · to assess job applications · to measure
which advertising channels work · to improve the site and the menu · to meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Form data: establishing or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and legitimate interest
(Art. 5(2)(f)). Measurement cookies, the data collected with them and the transfer abroad:
your explicit consent (Art. 5(1), Art. 9). You can withdraw it at any time; the
measurement tags then stop running.
5. How we collect it
Electronically: through the forms on this site, cookies and similar technologies, and
information you send us yourself by phone or email.
6. Who receives it
In Türkiye: our email provider, business partners where relevant, and authorised
public bodies when the law requires it.
Abroad: if you accept measurement cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google
Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel). The legal basis for this
transfer is your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 9. If you decline, their scripts are
never loaded and no data is sent to them.
7. How long we keep it
Form data: 2 years after your request is closed; job applications: 1 year .
Cookie lifetimes are listed below. Anonymous counter records: 12 months . Data is
deleted when the period ends.
8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You can ask whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about
it; learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose; know the third parties
in Türkiye or abroad who receive it; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected; ask
for it to be deleted or destroyed, and for these steps to be passed on to the third parties who
received it; object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis; and
claim compensation if unlawful processing causes you damage.
9. How to apply
Write to info@neufpatisserie.com (from the
email address you gave us before) or send a letter to the address above. We reply within
30 days . Please include your name and contact details so we can verify your identity.
10. Cookies
There are two kinds. Necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched
off. Measurement cookies tell us whether our ads work; they run only if you accept ,
and their data goes to Google and Meta servers abroad. If you decline, the site
works exactly the same.

If you decline, Google and Meta scripts are never downloaded , so none of
these cookies are created and no request goes to those companies.
